What data we collect

Quote form: name, phone number, e-mail address, type of service and — if you provide them — the origin and destination address, preferred date and your message.

Phone or e-mail contact: whatever you tell us in the conversation or write in the message.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and visit details collected by analytics tools — only if you consent to it.

Purpose and legal basis

Preparing a quote and answering your enquiry — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken before entering into a contract).

Carrying out and settling the job — Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (tax and accounting duties).

Analytics and marketing, including ad performance measurement — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent given in the consent dialog. You may withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Defence against claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

Who we share data with

Form delivery provider: EmailJS (EmailJS Inc.) — the message from the form reaches our mailbox through this service.

Our hosting provider and e-mail provider.

Google Ireland Limited — analytics and advertising tools, only after consent to the relevant cookie category.

Our accountants and bodies entitled under the law — to the extent needed to settle completed jobs.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that did not turn into a job — up to 12 months from the last contact.

Data related to a completed job — for the period required by tax law, as a rule 5 years from the end of the year in which the accounting document was issued.

Data collected on the basis of consent — until the consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Is providing data mandatory

Giving your name, phone number, e-mail address and type of service is voluntary, but without them we cannot prepare a quote or answer your enquiry. The remaining fields are optional.

Cookies

Essential cookies are always stored — they hold your consent choice and make the form work. Legal basis: Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act.

Functional, analytics and marketing cookies start only after consent given in the consent dialog. Until then Google tools run in a limited mode (Consent Mode) without storing identifiers.
