How much does a move cost?
Every job is quoted individually — scope, distance, floor level and volume decide the price. The quote is free and non-binding, and once you accept it the price stays put.
Is the transport insured?
Yes. We hold an OCP carrier certificate and cargo is insured up to EUR 100,000 throughout the journey.
Will you carry furniture upstairs?
Yes. We carry to and from any floor, and the van's hydraulic lift handles the heaviest items.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Wardrobes, beds, kitchen units and shelving — including common IKEA and PAX systems.
How fast will I get an answer?
Form enquiries are answered within 24 hours. By phone we're available Monday to Saturday, 7:00–20:00.
Which districts and towns do you cover?
Warsaw and the neighbouring towns are our core area. We will consider a longer trip beyond the metro area, but it is quoted individually.
Do you work at weekends?
Jobs and phone calls run Monday to Saturday, 7:00–20:00. For other dates, ask when you request the quote — we arrange them individually.
Will you carry furniture if the building has no lift?
Yes. We carry up and down the stairs to any floor. When asking for a quote, tell us the floor and whether there is a lift — both affect how long the job takes.
Do you pack, or do I have to do it myself?
We can take packing and protection off your hands — it is part of a full-service move. If you prefer to pack yourself, we handle only the disassembly, transport and reassembly.
Will you move a single washing machine or fridge?
Yes. We transport single appliances and pieces of furniture, carried to your floor and placed in the room you choose.
How far in advance should I book?
The date is confirmed once you accept the quote. The earlier you ask, the more time slots are open — include your preferred date and we will check availability.
What happens to the old furniture?
We can clear the flat, office, garage or cellar and take old furniture and waste for legal disposal.
